Work flow of Indoor Water Filtration Systems
First, water in fish tank flow to ZH-PM drum filter, ZH-PM drum filter will remove the residual feed, feces and large particles suspended solids, then circular pump to pump needed water into ZH-NPS protein skimmer.
ZH-NPS protein skimmer will remove the suspended solids, water-soluble colloidal, cellulose, protein, residual feed, feces and other organic matters, at the meantime, to inject Ozone, use Ozone’s stronger oxidization property, oxidative damage and breakdown cell’s enzymes to kill different kinds of Pathogens quickly, and decolor, remove smell, improve the water quality at the same time. After this, water will flow to ZH-SBF biological filter.
ZH-SBF biological filter was selected specific biological filter media. First aquaculture water goes through precipitation, coarse filtration and precise filtration. Then go through secondary biological filter, to decompose NH3-N, NO2-N and NO3-N which are the most harmful gas in aquaculture, to meet standards of aquaculture safety. After this, water will flow to ZH-CP Degassing & UV sterilizer
ZH-CP Degassing & UV sterilizer can use its internal UV light to disinfect and kill the bacteria. Nano aeration device in the ZH-CP degassing & UV sterilizer can remove the CO2 and other harmful gas in the water in time. After this, water will flow back to fish tank completes a cycle.
Except above equipment, you can also put below equipment into your RAS to meet a more perfect andefficientsystem.
1. Residual Ozone Remover: To remove residual Ozone in the water, to avoid it poisons the fish.
2. Oxygen Generator + Oxygen Cone: Oxygen Generator produces Oxygen and Oxygen cone mix it into water, increase dissolving Oxygen amount.
3. Air Blower + Air Diffuser or Air Stone: Air blower blow air to air diffuser or air stone, increase dissolving Oxygen amount in fish tanks.
4. Water Temperature Controller: To adjust the water temperature to the most suitable growth temperature
